After it’s been leaked that Olivia’s having an affair with the President, her father tries to get her to leave town. But she calls Cyrus who tells her to stay and she does. That’s when Cyrus tries to find out who leaked it. Olivia meets with Fitz and Mellie to discuss what to do about this. And when they agree on a plan, they are about to implement it; when word gets out that someone else is the President’s mistress. Olivia discovers it was her people who made it up.
